Sometimes, we are interested in how a risk factor or treatment affects time to disease or some other event. Or we may have dropout, and therefore subjects who are not sure if they had disease or not. In these cases, logistic regression is not appropriate. P40. 轉檔上有問題，我將這頁的內容大致說明一下臨床研究者關心某疾病的發生，但患者可能因為其他原因導致患者死亡，因此研究者關心到底是哪個原因導致患這死亡，可能導致的原因在相互競爭，像這類型的資料就稱作 Competing risk data，其圖形表示可參考 P40 的圖，然而分析這類型的資料會有不同的統計方法
